Or are you looking for a very individual 1: 1 Training right from the start, because it should finally only be about YOU (Me-Time)? But where should my baby go when it does cry again? We have a solution for everything!
Or something special? You have a friend, who also became a mummy and who is similar to you? None of the course offers meet your expectations? Do you have enough social contacts and don’t feel like talking to other mothers? Do you want to make the time you stay as effective as possible? Then use the 2: 1 Training. Both of you and me.
Aim:
Using targeted exercises tailored to your needs, we will strengthen your pelvic floor, stimulate the diastasis rectus to close, and stabilize and strengthen the core muscles. In every training we work on an upright posture, which has been badly affected due to the pregnancy. Strengthening exercises for the arm and leg muscles complete the program. There is something for every mom level: The exercises are adapted to your individual reading level.
By the way, you will receive valuable tips for everyday mom life and how you can combine your training and exercises with mom life and (mostly) harmonize them.
Location:
Whatever is most comfortable for you and what makes you feel good. I come to your home. Or you come to me. We can move the training outside on nice and bad days or stay inside. We can design EVERY hour individually according to your needs. Because this training is all about YOU (Me-Time).
Class Structure:
We start with an initial interview and an anamnesis sheet. You get to know me, I get to know you. We agree on goals, training times and duration.
Generally the training goes like this: In a short warm-up we will heat up the body a little before it goes into the main part by setting individual priorities. The lesson ends with a cool down. During the training your baby can be by your side or I can take over so that you can concentrate fully on the exercise.

Conditions of participation:
Ideally, you have done your final Check-Up Appointment after birth at the gynecologist. Otherwise, the only thing that applies is: You feel good and don’t want to feel even better physically anytime soon.

Price:
Unfortunately, I cannot provide a total price yet, because the price is calculated according to the effort and individual expectations for further services (than training). An hour Training starts with 80 EUR.
