MumMeFit - After Work(out) - You train when the Kids are asleep
You have just successfully completed your “MumMeFit Postnatal Course Level II” or another post-pregnancy course and your last birth is at least 5 months ago? Do you feel fit and you would like to slowly return to your “everyday sports routine”?
Or are you a working or very busy mum during the day and do you only come to your “me-time” in the evening? Are you looking for a balance to (mom) everyday life, and would you like to do something for your stamina and strength or shape your body?
Then take part in the “MumMeFit After Work (out) – Your train when the kids are asleep” course.
In a short warm-up we will get the circulation going a little before it moves on to the main part by setting an hourly focus. The lesson ends with a cool down.
As in all MumMeFit courses, there are exercise variants for every mom (fitness) level. The exercises are adapted to suit your fitness for sports and your individual reading level. There is something here for every mom!
Keep training from the comfort of your home. Avoid stressful journeys to the gym and save valuable time. Train within a little group.
At the end of the lesson there is always the possibility of a “Come Together” and an exchange between the mothers.
